Domestic

We charge a flat rate of $10 per order for shipping to all Australian Metropolitan Areas, and offer free shipping for orders over $150. Items are sent via Australia Post or courier, and we will provide you with a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

We understand that you're eager for your new goodies to arrive, so we try to process your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped out.

All orders are hand packed and shipped by hey harlow from Brisbane, and delivery can take 1-5 business days to Metropolitan areas depending on where you are (excluding weekends and public holidays).  

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes. We will contact you within 1 business day to organise delivery to an alternate address.

International

We offer international shipping to New Zealand.

For shipping to New Zealand we charge a flat rate of $20, and offer free shipping on orders over $200. 

All international orders are sent by courier and we will provide you with a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

New Zealand - 4-6 business days (excl. public holidays and weekends) **Due to COVID19 shipping is taking 10-20 business days 

 

Returns & Exchange 

Please choose your items carefully, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind". Only faulty or damaged goods may be returned, and are subject to authorisation at hey harlow's discretion. 

Many of the products stocked on hey harlow are handmade and have individual and unique finishes, as such there may be slight variations in colour, texture, shape and otherwise which are not considered faults but part of the nature of the products, and items cannot be returned for this reason. 

Please carefully read our returns and exchange policy below.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or damaged in transit simply follow the steps below so our team can assist you:

  1. All goods must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims for damage or quality issues must be raised during this time, claims will not be accepted beyond 24 hours of the goods being delivered
  2. Notification of any defect or damage must be provided to hey harlow within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. That notification must include details of the nature of the quality issue, flaw or damage to the goods and include digital photographic evidence. Claims will not be accepted beyond 24 hours of the goods being delivered
  3. Notification to hey harlow must be made in writing by email to hello@heyharlow.com.au 
  4. Goods will only be accepted if returned in their original packaging
  5. The shipping cost of returning the faulty or damaged good is payable by the customer
  6. Provided the returns process is followed hey harlow will at its discretion either refund the purchase price in full or replace the goods as soon as is reasonably possible
  7. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable
